- Communication Process

Our Development Team has achieved CMM and ISO 9000 certification, indicating clearly defined processes and systems are in place, and that they follow those systems.
- LEAN Software Development
We are in the process of implementing LEAN Software Development, which, by implementing frequent iterations of software releases, with the most important features developed first, will provide much quickerfaster development.
- Specialized Development Teams
DSS believes in specializing. We have teams specialized in different technologies, specifically, Microsoft .net and J2EE. However, internal knowledge sharing sessions are conducted to ensure that all teams understands and appreciates various technologies that are available today and ones that are emerging. With the implementation of Lean Software Development, ideally all the parties necessary for completing a project will actually be sitting and working together.
- Methodology
A conscious effort is taken to work with our customers to align the CMM level 3 methodologies that we have implemented with their work practices. We believe in working from within our customer’s requirements rather than enforcing a particular way of working. As part of Lean Software Development, we also work closely with our customers to make sure that the highest priority items are implemented first. This increases our customer’s business value sooner, giving a much faster ROI.
- Investments in Training
Substantial amount is invested in training engineers both in technical and soft skills. Digital Saber understands the need to keep abreast of technologies to bring the best solutions to it's customers.
